How are your products authenticated?
Our in-house team consists of professional authenticators with extensive experience verifying thousands of luxury items from renowned designer brands. Each product goes through a rigorous authentication process.
Do you ship internationally?
YES. Shipping is free for all orders over $150. For orders under $150, shipping is a flat rate of $3.99.
All international packages are shipped at a flat rate of $19.99. Unless otherwise stated, the buyer is responsible for international duties and fees upon arrival.
We offer Route as an optional way to secure and insure your package's travel to its new home. If you choose to opt-out, you assume all responsibility for your package.
Do you accept returns?
Each WVV item is unique in its grade and age, and because of this, items are typically non-refundable. Exceptions seldom occur; for inquiries, email info@westvillagevintage.com. All online returns must be authorized by our Customer Care team.
What kind of condition are the vintage garments in?
We prioritize the condition of the garments we source, holding them in the highest regard. WVV adheres to one simple rule: if we wouldn’t personally wear it in its current condition, we won’t sell it. Recognizing that most of our pieces are 20+ years old, we make every effort to highlight any imperfections in the item's description. Please be mindful of general wear due to the vintage condition of each item.
I just ordered something and now there's a sale, can I have a price adjustment?
We sadly cannot offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.
What's your size guide?
WVV provides the modern-day fit of all pieces, as vintage items typically run smaller. Our product range includes a mix of men's and women's sizing. Each item's description includes both flat lay measurements and a model size reference. Before making a purchase, please review the specifications to ensure the right fit for you.
How do I get live updates on my order?
Upon order placement, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your order number, purchased item(s), and payment details. Log into your account for real-time status and tracking information.
What is your pricing based on?
We take into account both the exclusivity of the item and its current condition. Our goal is to maintain fair pricing and transparency for all our one-of-a-kind pieces.
